Open Treks

As we all knows that Himachal Pradesh is a place where weather is too cold in winter season and it rains heavily during rainy season's, so many treks with height of 4000 m and above are closed for the safety purpose.

Below are the Treks still open.....

The temple was built in the thirteenth century and legend has it was built by a baby from a single tree. The lake has a floating island in it and it is said to be unclear how deep it is, with a diver not being able to determine its depth.

Kamrunag is a famous weather-god of Seraj valley. People often pray to the weather God in the temple for favorable weather conditions. Pilgrims take holy bath during Kamrunag ‘jatar’ in the lake.

Bijli Mahadev is one of the sacred temples of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is located at an altitude of about 2,460 m in the Kullu Valley.

This is one of the highest mountain passes in the world that is located at a convenient distance of 51 KM from Manali. Connecting Kullu valley with Lahaul and Spiti valleys of Himachal Pradesh.

The Temple was build by Pandava (Mahabharata era) from a Single Stone. No-body cook or eat rice in Temple complex as per Villager in favor of earlier mythology.

The Shikari Devi temple is devoted to Shikari Devi , the Goddess revered in the form of stone idol. Hunters in the area once prayed to the goddess for success in their hunt and here perhaps, lies the origin of the name "Shikari Devi".
